14 Homes Burglarized in Philadelphia's Asian Community

Philadelphia's Asian community was targeted in a series of 14 home burglaries, with suspects escaping in a dark-colored SUV. The incidents occurred between October 2023 and January 2024, with the most recent burglary taking place on January 20, 2024. The suspects, described as two males, broke into homes in the 1000 block of North 12th Street, the 1000 block of North 13th Street, and the 1000 block of North 14th Street. The suspects forced entry through the rear of the homes, stealing jewelry, cash, and electronics valued at over $100,000.

In the most recent burglary, the suspects were seen escaping in a dark-colored SUV. No arrests have been made, and the Philadelphia Police Department is appealing to the public for any information that could lead to the identification and apprehension of the suspects.
