Intruders Condemned for Breaking into Bristol Zoo Project and Distressing Gorillas

Management at the Bristol Zoo Project have issued a stern warning and condemnation after trespassers forced their way into the wildlife conservation park. The intruders reportedly broke into the enclosure areas, filmed the resident gorillas, and caused visible distress to the sensitive animals.

According to reports from the zoo and local authorities, the incident involved individuals sneaking into the secure premises after hours. The trespassers then proceeded to locate the gorilla habitat, filming the animals with mobile devices. The presence of unauthorized people in close proximity during the night disrupted the gorillas' natural rest patterns, causing them severe anxiety and distress.

A spokesperson for the Bristol Zoo Project emphasized the dangers of such actions: "Our animals' welfare is our absolute priority. Intrusion into these habitats is not only illegal but also extremely irresponsible, putting both the animals and the trespassers at serious risk of harm." Security measures are being urgently reviewed and upgraded to prevent similar security breaches in the future.

The Bristol Post reported that the footage captured by the intruders had been shared online, sparking widespread outrage among the public and animal welfare advocates. Local police have been notified and are reviewing security footage to identify the culprits and pursue legal action for trespassing and animal harassment.
