DONCASTER, South Yorkshire — A woman has been hospitalised after a violent robbery and assault in a Doncaster shopping centre, sparking an urgent investigation by South Yorkshire Police.

The incident occurred during normal operating hours inside the busy shopping facility. The victim was reportedly approached by an individual who assaulted her before stealing her personal belongings.
