Homeless Man Found Living in Audi Stolen During House Burglary in Leeds

A homeless man has been arrested in Leeds under unusual circumstances after police discovered him living in a vehicle reported stolen from a local residence.

The Audi, which had been taken during a recent house burglary in the Leeds area, was identified by patrolling officers. Upon inspecting the vehicle, they discovered the suspect using it as temporary shelter. The man was immediately detained on suspicion of handling stolen goods and theft of a motor vehicle.

Police are currently investigating whether the suspect was involved in the original residential break-in or if he acquired the stolen vehicle from third parties. The vehicle has been recovered and is being prepared for return to its owner.
