Leeds business burglary triggers police appeal for two men

West Yorkshire Police have launched a public appeal to identify two men in connection with a burglary at a business premises in Armley, Leeds. The incident, which took place on May 14, 2025, has led to an active investigation by local officers, who have now released CCTV images of the suspects.

According to police reports, the two men entered the commercial property in Armley and carried out a burglary, escaping with unspecified items. In addition to the break-in, investigators are seeking to question the same individuals in relation to multiple "making off without payment" offences reported in the local area around the same time.

The investigation is currently being tracked under the crime reference number 13250269497. Officers are urging anyone who recognizes the men in the CCTV images or who has any information about the incident to contact the police immediately.

"Business burglaries cause significant disruption to local traders, and we are committed to identifying those responsible," said a spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police.
