PSNI appeal for information to identify man following late-night Lisburn burglary

Detectives investigating a late-night burglary in Lisburn have issued a specific appeal to the public for assistance in identifying a man they believe may have crucial information regarding the incident.

The burglary occurred during the late hours of the evening, when an offender gained entry to a residential property. It is reported that several valuable items were stolen before the intruder fled. Following initial investigations and a review of local security footage, police have identified a man they wish to speak with in connection to the break-in.

The PSNI has released a description of the individual and is asking anyone who was in the area at the time, or who recognises the description, to contact them immediately. Officers are also seeking any additional dash-cam, doorbell, or CCTV footage recorded in the neighborhood during the night of the incident.

"We are pursuing all lines of enquiry to locate the person responsible for this break-in," said a PSNI spokesperson. "Late-night burglaries are extremely violating, and we are determined to bring the perpetrator to justice. We are appealing to this specific individual, or anyone who knows him, to come forward and assist us with our enquiries."
