Three Arrested in Burglary at Former Northampton Casino Turned Cannabis Factory

Three individuals are in custody following a burglary at a former casino in Northampton that was recently uncovered as a large-scale cannabis factory.

The burglary took place on or around Thursday, January 22, 2026. The commercial property, which previously operated as a local casino, had recently been the subject of a major police raid that revealed a massive cannabis growing operation inside. Intruders subsequently targeted the secured premises, leading to the prompt arrest of three suspects by responding officers.

An investigation is underway to determine the motives behind the break-in and any potential links to the initial drug operation. Northamptonshire Police are asking anyone who witnessed suspicious activity around the former casino site to contact them.
