Two Jailed After Dragging 11-Year-Old Child Out of Bed in Brutal Northampton Robbery

NORTHAMPTON, UK — Two men have been handed custodial sentences following a shocking home invasion and robbery in Northampton during which an 11-year-old child was dragged out of bed by the intruders.

The court heard details of the terrifying incident, which occurred during the early hours of the morning. The two perpetrators forced entry into the victim's family home, disturbing the residents. During the course of the robbery, they entered a child's bedroom and dragged the 11-year-old victim from their bed in an attempt to intimidate the family and demand valuables.

Terrifying Ordeal for Family

The prosecution described the incident as a "nightmare scenario" for any family. The burglars made off with a number of high-value items, including electronic devices and cash, leaving the victims severely traumatized.
