Plymouth Burglary Victim Reunited with Sentimental Stolen Necklace

A Plymouth resident has been reunited with a deeply cherished family heirloom following a daytime burglary at her home on Hill Park Crescent. The incident occurred on Friday, February 7, 2025, at approximately 3:30 PM, when an intruder gained entry to the property and ransacked several rooms, stealing a significant quantity of jewellery and electronic equipment.

Among the items reported stolen was a GoPro Hero 12 camera and various pieces of high-value jewellery. However, the most devastating loss for the victim was a specific necklace of immense sentimental value. Following a swift police investigation, officers successfully recovered the necklace along with several other sentimental items, returning them to the delighted owner.

While some of the stolen goods have been recovered, the investigation remains active as officers seek to identify the perpetrator. Police Constable Jessie Rapson-Blackler of Devon and Cornwall Police has issued a public appeal for witnesses.
