Mercedes Stolen in 3.50am Milton Burglary Leads to Arrest of Stoke-on-Trent Man

MILTON, Stoke-on-Trent — A 20-year-old man has been taken into police custody following a late-night burglary in Milton that saw a silver Mercedes-Benz stolen from a residential property.

The incident took place in the early hours of Saturday, December 6, 2025, at a property on Sunnyfield Oval in Milton. Police received reports at approximately 3:50 a.m. that offenders had raided the home and made off with the premium silver Mercedes-Benz.

Suspect Apprehended with Multiple Charges

Following swift action by Staffordshire Police, the stolen Mercedes was located and stopped. A 20-year-old suspect from the local Stoke-on-Trent area was arrested. The individual faces a string of serious allegations. Police confirmed he was arrested on suspicion of:

• Theft of a motor vehicle
• Drug-driving
• Driving while disqualified
• Driving without due care and attention
• Failing to stop for officers

The suspect remains in custody as police continue to build their case and investigate whether other individuals were involved in the initial break-in at the Milton property.
