Atlanta Police Investigate Smash-and-Grab at Buckhead Luxury Store 'Price Tag ATL'

A Buckhead retail business is left cleaning up major damage after a group of thieves used a black SUV to smash through the front of the storefront in an early morning burglary. The incident, which was caught on security cameras, targeted Price Tag ATL, a luxury streetwear and sneaker boutique located in Atlanta's upscale Buckhead neighborhood.

The break-in occurred on the morning of Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Surveillance footage captured a black SUV pulling into the parking lot, reversing at high speed directly through the glass doors and security gates of the business, and shattering the front entrance. Following the collision, at least one suspect entered the building to grab high-value merchandise before fleeing.

The boutique's owner, Sharif Deshazor, expressed immense frustration, noting that the business had only recently opened in June 2024 and this incident marks the second time they have been targeted by burglars in just a few weeks. The structural damage to the store is significant, and the incident reflects a persistent pattern of vehicle-facilitated smash-and-grab robberies across the metro Atlanta area.
