Atlanta Police Seek Suspects in Commercial Building Burglary on Milton Avenue

ATLANTA, GA — The Atlanta Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a group of male suspects accused of breaking into a commercial building in Southeast Atlanta. The break-in, which occurred on August 21, 2025, involved a calculated effort by the suspects to disable the property's security systems.

According to police reports, officers responded to a commercial property located at 249 Milton Avenue SE after receiving a burglary report from the property manager. Upon reviewing security footage, the manager noticed that multiple individuals had been casing the exterior of the business prior to making their entry. The footage showed the suspects examining entry points and assessing the building's security layout.

Once inside, the suspects targeted the surveillance network, systematically disabling the security cameras to prevent their actions from being recorded. Despite their attempts to cover their tracks, investigators recovered footage capturing the suspects' faces and attire before the cameras were shut down.

The Atlanta Police Department has released surveillance images of the suspects in hopes that members of the community can help identify them. Authorities emphasize that commercial burglaries of this nature often involve pre-planning, and they are urging business owners in the Milton Avenue area to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
