Two Baltimore Men Arrested Following Attempted 7-Eleven Robbery

Two Baltimore men have been arrested and charged after an attempted armed robbery at a local 7-Eleven convenience store. The swift action of responding police officers prevented the crime from succeeding and led to the apprehension of both suspects near the scene.

The incident occurred during the early morning hours when two individuals entered the convenience store. One of the suspects allegedly brandished a weapon and demanded cash from the store clerk. However, an alarm was successfully triggered, alerting law enforcement to the ongoing robbery attempt.

Upon realizing that police were en route, the suspects attempted to flee the store empty-handed. Patrol officers arriving in the area spotted two men matching the descriptions provided by the store clerk. Following a brief foot pursuit, both suspects were taken into custody without further incident.

Both men are currently being held at the central booking facility and face multiple felony charges, including attempted armed robbery, conspiracy, and weapons offenses. The store employee was shaken but did not sustain any physical injuries during the confrontation.
