Bizarre Bradenton Robbery: Suspect Advises Store Clerks to Call the Police During Heist

BRADENTON, Florida — A robbery suspect in Bradenton left retail employees astonished during a commercial heist by suggesting that they should contact the police. The highly unusual robbery took place in early October 2025 and remains under investigation by local detectives.

According to reports from the Bradenton Police Department, the suspect entered the establishment and proceeded to execute the robbery. In the middle of the crime, the suspect made the bizarre comment to the store clerks: “You should call the cops.” The individual then fled the scene before officers could arrive on the property.
