Chicago Police Release Surveillance Photos of Suspect in Deadly Little Village Jewelry Store Shooting

CHICAGO, IL — The Chicago Police Department has released surveillance photographs of a suspect wanted in connection with the tragic double homicide of a father and son who were shot and killed outside their family-owned jewelry store in the Little Village neighborhood. The release of the photos marks a critical step in the ongoing investigation to locate the armed assailant.

A Devastating Double Homicide

The violent encounter occurred on the evening of Saturday, November 8, 2025, at approximately 6:00 PM at Joyeria Angelo's, a beloved local business located in the 3800 block of West 26th Street. According to police reports, an armed suspect entered the jewelry store, brandished a handgun, and demanded valuable merchandise from the staff.

The store's co-owners, 63-year-old Faustino Alamo Dominguez and his 25-year-old son, Luis Angel Alamo, both residents of suburban Berwyn, attempted to defend their livelihood. Surveillance footage captured the father and son pursuing the suspect out of the store and down the street. However, as the pursuit reached the intersection of West 26th Street and Springfield Avenue, the suspect turned and fired multiple shots at the men, fatally wounding both before they could seek cover.

Police Seek Public Assistance

Following the shooting, the suspect fled the scene in a white Maserati SUV, which was last seen traveling southbound on Springfield Avenue. On November 14, 2025, Area Three detectives distributed surveillance images of the suspect, hoping that members of the public might recognize the individual or the luxury getaway vehicle.

The Chicago Police Department has stressed that the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. Investigators are asking anyone with information to come forward immediately to help bring justice to the grieving Alamo family and the wider Little Village community.

How to Report Tips: Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the white Maserati SUV is urged to contact Area Three detectives at 312-744-8263. Anonymous tips can also be submitted online at CPDTIP.com.
