High-Speed Chase on Dan Ryan Expressway After Suspect Strikes Cook County Deputy with Squad Car

A dramatic high-speed pursuit shut down portions of the Dan Ryan Expressway in Chicago following a chaotic sequence of events that began with an attempted ATM theft and resulted in a Cook County Sheriff's deputy being struck by a squad car.
