CHICAGO, IL — Newly released surveillance video captures the tragic moments surrounding the fatal shooting of a father and son who were shot to death while pursuing an armed robber outside their Little Village jewelry shop. The surveillance video, which emerged on November 11, 2025, details the incident that occurred on the evening of Saturday, November 8, 2025. The footage shows the suspect entering Joyeria Angelo's, located in the 3800 block of West 26th Street. After a brief confrontation inside, the armed robber is seen running out of the store.

Seconds later, 63-year-old Faustino Alamo Dominguez and his 25-year-old son, Luis Angel Alamo, are seen running out of the entrance in pursuit of the robber. The chase continued to the corner of Springfield Avenue, where the suspect turned around and opened fire on both men. The video captures the suspect escaping in a white Maserati SUV, leaving both victims unresponsive on the pavement.

The release of the footage has sent shockwaves through the local business community in Little Village. Family members, friends, and local residents have expressed profound grief over the loss of the father and son, who were well-known and respected merchants.
