Organized Burglary Crew Hits North Side Ulta Beauty Store in Overnight Raid

CHICAGO — An organized retail theft crew targeting high-value beauty products struck an Ulta Beauty location on Chicago's North Side in the overnight hours, according to police sources.

Responding to a commercial burglary alarm, officers arrived to find the storefront's glass entrance shattered. Investigators determined that a group of masked individuals had forced their way inside the store. In a rapid, coordinated effort, the suspects targeted high-end cosmetic counters and designer perfume displays, sweeping valuable merchandise into large bags before fleeing the scene in waiting vehicles.
