Police Apprehend Attempted Robbery Suspect Fleeing in Uber with Screwdriver Weapon

In a bizarre turn of events, Clarksville police officers arrested a man who allegedly attempted to commit an armed robbery using a screwdriver and subsequently tried to escape the crime scene in an Uber. The attempted robbery occurred at a local business, where the suspect brandished the tool in a threatening manner, demanding cash from employees.

After the robbery attempt failed, the suspect fled the business and called a rideshare vehicle. Alert officers responding to the emergency call observed the suspect entering a nearby Uber.
