COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. โ€” A Colorado Springs business owner is sharing clear security footage with the public in hopes that it will help law enforcement identify and apprehend the suspects responsible for a destructive smash-and-grab burglary at their shop.

The incident, which occurred overnight, was captured in detail by the store's high-definition security cameras. The footage shows the suspects shattering the front glass entrance, entering the premises, and quickly collecting merchandise before fleeing. The entire break-in lasted only a few minutes, leaving the owner with a hefty bill for property repairs and stolen inventory.

โ€œWe hope this footage is clear enough for someone to recognize them,โ€ the business owner stated, expressing frustration over the rising costs of retail crime. The Colorado Springs Police Department is reviewing the surveillance video as part of their active investigation.
