Crash and Burglary at T-Mobile Store on Garners Ferry Road

COLUMBIA, South Carolina — Local law enforcement authorities are investigating a dramatic break-in at a T-Mobile retail store located on Garners Ferry Road in Columbia. The incident, which occurred on February 19, 2026, involved a vehicle crashing directly into the storefront to gain entry.

According to initial reports, the suspects used the vehicle as a battering ram to smash through the building's entrance. Once inside, the perpetrators quickly burglarized the retail location, stealing merchandise before fleeing the area prior to the arrival of police officers.
