Police Search for Unidentified Man in Morse Road Armed Robbery in Columbus

COLUMBUS, OH — Detectives in Columbus are investigating an armed robbery that took place early Monday morning at a local business along the busy Morse Road commercial corridor.

According to police reports, an unidentified male suspect entered the establishment during the early morning hours, brandishing a weapon and demanding money from the staff. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the scene on foot before police officers arrived.

No injuries were reported during the encounter, though employees were shaken by the incident. Crime scene technicians and detectives gathered evidence at the scene and are currently reviewing security camera footage from the business and neighboring shops in an effort to get a clear description of the suspect.
