Naked Intruder Takes Shower and Listens to Music in Home Near Ohio State University

COLUMBUS, Ohio โ€” A bizarre break-in near the Ohio State University campus has resulted in a police investigation after an intruder reportedly entered a home naked, took a shower, and spent time listening to music.

The incident took place in the residential area close to the OSU campus. According to the Columbus Division of Police, the residents returned to their home to find an unexpected guest who had made himself entirely at home in the most unusual way.

A Highly Unusual Burglary

Police reported that the suspect entered the residence, stripped off his clothes, and proceeded to use the home's shower. Not stopping there, the suspect also took the time to listen to music inside the house before his presence was discovered.

Officers arrived on the scene and took the suspect into custody without incident. The individual faces charges of burglary and criminal trespass.

“Itโ€™s definitely one of the more unusual calls we've responded to in the university district,” an officer remarked. “Fortunately, no residents were harmed.”

The suspect's identity has not yet been publicly released pending formal charges. Police remind OSU-area students and local residents to keep their doors and windows locked at all times, especially in high-traffic student housing areas.
