Masked Burglars Target Puffs To Go Smoke Shop in East El Paso, Stealing Cash and CBD

EL PASO, Texas — The El Paso Police Department is seeking information from the public following a commercial burglary at the Puffs To Go Smoke Shop located in East El Paso. The break-in, which occurred in March 2025, resulted in the theft of cash and a substantial amount of CBD products.

According to police and store security records, a group of masked suspects gained entry into the East El Paso smoke shop by breaking through the building's exterior. Once inside, the perpetrators quickly ransacked the display cases, specifically targeting premium CBD products, smoke accessories, and the cash register. The store owners reported that the suspects made off with nearly $3,000 in merchandise and cash during the late-night heist.

Surveillance cameras inside Puffs To Go captured clear footage of the incident, showing the masked individuals moving quickly through the store to fill bags with products. Despite the suspects wearing masks to conceal their identities, investigators hope that their clothing, physical build, or mannerisms shown in the footage might help identify them. The El Paso Police Department has released portions of the security footage and is asking anyone who recognizes the individuals or has information about the burglary to come forward.
