Eugene Man Arrested Following Whiteaker Neighborhood Shotgun Confrontation

EUGENE, Ore. — A tense confrontation in Eugene's historic Whiteaker neighborhood has ended with the arrest of a local man, who now faces serious charges after allegedly brandishing a shotgun. The incident disrupted the neighborhood and drew a significant response from local law enforcement officers.
