Fairfield Police Search for Suspects Who Broke Into Smoke Shop Using Car

FAIRFIELD, Connecticut — The Fairfield Police Department is actively searching for a group of suspects who used a vehicle to ram through the storefront of a local smoke shop in a dramatic smash-and-grab burglary early in the morning.

The incident, which caused significant structural damage to the retail store, involved the suspects driving a car directly through the glass doors. Once inside, the perpetrators quickly ransacked the shop, targeting specific merchandise before abandoning the scene in what police describe as a coordinated effort.

Detectives are analyzing security footage to determine the make and model of the vehicle used, as well as the identities of those involved.
