Suspect Trinity Weiberg Returns to Court Over Grand Junction Kratom Bar Burglary

A Grand Junction man charged with breaking into a local business returned to the 21st Judicial District Court on October 17, 2025. The suspect, Trinity Weiberg, 27, faces multiple felony charges, including second-degree burglary, criminal mischief, and theft, in connection with an incident at the Kratom Bar located at 1005 North Avenue in Grand Junction, Colorado.

According to the Grand Junction Police Department, officers originally responded to a report of a break-in at the business on May 19, 2025. Upon arrival, officers observed that a window had been smashed to gain access to the interior. The suspect entered the storefront, removed various items of value, and fled. Weiberg was subsequently arrested following a police investigation that connected him to the scene of the crime. During the October court hearing, the judge scheduled further proceedings, and Weiberg remains under legal supervision as the case moves toward trial.
