Employee Threatened in Greenville Business Robbery; Suspects Steal $1,200 in Merchandise

GREENVILLE, South Carolina — Police are investigating a robbery at a local business in Greenville where an employee was confronted by suspects who subsequently stole approximately $1,200 worth of merchandise before fleeing.

The incident occurred on June 2, 2025. Officers responded to a call reporting a disturbance and theft at the retail establishment. According to store staff, the suspects entered the business, threatened the employee on duty to prevent any intervention, and grabbed various high-value items from display cases and shelves.

No injuries were reported during the altercation, but the employee was understandably shaken by the threats. The suspects managed to escape on foot before law enforcement arrived at the scene. Greenville investigators are currently reviewing surveillance footage from the establishment and interviewing witnesses to obtain a detailed description of the suspects.
