Surveillance Video Captures Thief Stealing Designer Jewelry and Luxury Bags from Greenville Store

GREENVILLE, SC — Local law enforcement investigators are analyzing high-definition surveillance video in hopes of identifying a thief who stole valuable designer jewelry and luxury handbags from a boutique store in Greenville.

The theft occurred during normal business hours in mid-October 2024. The security footage depicts the suspect browsing the store like an ordinary customer before targetting high-value display cases. When staff members were occupied assisting other patrons, the individual managed to bypass security measures, pocketing several designer jewelry pieces and grabbing multiple luxury handbags before exiting the store.
