Two Injured in Northwest Houston Robbery Attempt, HCSO Investigates

HOUSTON, Texas — An attempted robbery in northwest Houston has left two people injured, prompting an active investigation by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO). Deputies were dispatched to the scene following emergency calls about a robbery in progress and physical altercation.

Upon arriving, law enforcement officers confirmed that a confrontation had occurred when the suspect or suspects attempted to rob the victims. During the encounter, two individuals sustained injuries. Emergency medical services treated the victims at the scene before transporting them to a nearby hospital for further care. Their current conditions have not been released, but their injuries are directly related to the physical struggle during the attempted crime.

Sheriff's deputies have secured the crime scene and are searching for evidence, including surveillance footage from neighboring businesses and homes.
