Over $200K in Valuables Stolen from Brava Penthouse in Downtown Houston

HOUSTON, Texas — Houston police are investigating a luxury residential burglary at the Brava high-rise building in downtown Houston, where thieves stole more than $200,000 worth of valuables from a penthouse suite.

According to the Houston Police Department, the break-in took place at the upscale residential high-rise, which features advanced security access controls and a 24-hour concierge. The victims reported that several pieces of high-end jewelry, designer watches, and cash were stolen from their home while they were away.

Detectives are reviewing electronic access logs and surveillance footage from hallways, elevators, and surrounding streets to understand how the thieves gained entry. Residents of the Brava building have been urged by management to ensure their doors are secured and to report any unfamiliar individuals seen on residential floors.
