Two Houston Men Detained After High-Speed Police Chase Following Business Burglary

HOUSTON, Texas โ€” Two Houston men are in custody following an early morning police pursuit that kicked off shortly after a commercial burglary was reported, authorities announced on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

According to police reports, officers responded to an active alarm at a local business in the early hours of the morning. Upon arrival, responding units witnessed suspects fleeing the scene in a vehicle. A high-speed pursuit ensued through local roads as the suspects attempted to evade law enforcement.

The chase concluded when officers successfully intercepted and detained the occupants of the fleeing vehicle. Inside the car, investigators recovered stolen merchandise and burglary tools. Both suspects, identified as Houston residents, are facing multiple charges including commercial burglary and evading arrest in a motor vehicle.
