Serial Robber Targets Pizza Delivery Worker, Lyft Driver, and Local Business in Armed Crime Spree

INDIANAPOLIS — Newly released court documents detail the allegations against an Indianapolis suspect arrested in connection with a series of armed robberies that targeted vulnerable workers and a local business over a short period.

A String of Armed Robberies

According to investigators, the suspect embarked on a violent crime spree, threatening victims at gunpoint in separate incidents. The first reported target was a pizza delivery driver who was confronted while delivering food to a local residence. The suspect allegedly brandished a firearm and demanded the driver's cash and personal belongings.

Expanding the Spree

Shortly thereafter, the suspect reportedly targeted a Lyft driver under similar circumstances, using a handgun to force the driver to hand over money. The spree also included an armed robbery at a local business, where the suspect entered the premises and demanded cash from the register before fleeing on foot.

Charges and Prosecution

Following a coordinated investigation, IMPD detectives identified and apprehended the suspect. Investigators recovered evidence linking him to all three scenes, including witness descriptions and security camera footage. The suspect faces multiple counts of armed robbery and carrying a handgun without a license as prosecutors prepare their case.
