Indianapolis Teen Wanted After Threatening Employee with Gun Over $1,000 Lego Theft

INDIANAPOLIS โ€” A search is underway for an Indianapolis teenager who allegedly brandished a firearm after stealing approximately $1,000 worth of Lego sets on August 1, 2025. The suspect was confronted by a store employee during the theft, leading to a tense standoff.

According to reports, when the employee challenged the suspect, the teen pulled out a gun. The employee, shocked by the escalation, reportedly responded, "You're really pulling a gun on me?" before the suspect fled the scene with the stolen items. IMPD is currently reviewing security camera footage and working to identify the juvenile suspect.
