Five Arrested on Drug and Theft Charges Following Irvine Storage Unit Break-In

An investigation by the Irvine Police Department into a storage unit break-in has culminated in the arrests of five suspects facing a variety of theft and drug-related charges.

Police initially responded to a report of a burglary at a local storage facility, where multiple units had been breached and personal property stolen. As officers tracked leads and conducted interviews, their investigation directed them to a location where they encountered the five suspects.

During the arrests, officers recovered stolen property belonging to the storage unit renters, along with various quantities of illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The suspects were booked into county jail on charges including commercial burglary, possession of stolen property, and possession of controlled substances.
