Two Individuals on Pretrial Release Re-Arrested After Strong-Arm Robbery on Hickory Street

JOLIET, IL — A strong-arm robbery on Hickory Street has resulted in the arrest of two individuals, both of whom were already on active pretrial release for separate pending criminal matters. According to the Joliet Police Department, officers were dispatched to the Hickory Street area following reports of a physical altercation and theft. The victim reported being confronted by two individuals who demanded personal belongings and used physical force to secure them before fleeing on foot.
