Bald Man Steals High-Value Wig from Sky Beauty Wig on Larkin Avenue, Joliet Police Search for Suspect

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police Department is currently seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating a bald suspect accused of stealing a high-value wig from a local beauty supply shop on Larkin Avenue.

According to authorities, the incident occurred at Sky Beauty Wig, situated on Larkin Avenue. Police reports indicate that the suspect entered the retail establishment and targeted a high-value wig on display. After retrieving the item, the individual fled the premises without attempting to pay for the merchandise.

Responding officers conducted a search of the immediate area, but the suspect had already departed from the scene. Joliet Police have released a description of the suspect, noting that the individual is bald, and are actively analyzing surveillance footage from the store and surrounding businesses in an effort to trace the suspect's path of escape.
