Two Suspects Sought in Strong-Arm Robbery of Lakewood Sephora

LAKEWOOD, N.J. — Lakewood police are searching for two individuals wanted in connection with a strong-arm robbery at a local Sephora retail store. The incident, which took place in late July 2025, involved the suspects using force to bypass store employees and make off with a significant quantity of high-value cosmetics.

According to investigators, the two suspects entered the beauty retailer and began loading merchandise. When confronted by store security and employees, the suspects used physical force to make their escape, elevating the crime from simple shoplifting to strong-arm robbery. Fortunately, no employees sustained major physical injuries during the encounter, though the staff was shaken by the confrontation.

Surveillance images of the suspects have been released to the public in hopes of identifying them. Law enforcement is urging anyone who recognizes the individuals or has any information about the incident to contact the local police department immediately.
