Laredo Police Arrest and Charge Suspected Getaway Driver in Warehouse Burglary

LAREDO, Texas — The Laredo Police Department has arrested and charged a suspect believed to have served as the getaway driver in a commercial burglary at a local warehouse. The arrest marks a key development in the ongoing investigation into the break-in, as authorities continue to search for other individuals involved in the heist.

According to police reports, officers responded to a commercial warehouse in Laredo following reports of suspicious activity and an ongoing burglary. Upon arrival, officers observed suspects attempting to flee the scene. While some suspects managed to evade immediate capture, investigators quickly identified and apprehended the individual suspected of operating the getaway vehicle.

The driver, whose identity has been processed by local law enforcement, was booked into the Webb County Jail. Charges filed against the suspect include burglary of a building and engaging in organized criminal activity. The vehicle used in the incident was impounded as evidence.
