Las Vegas Police Seek Public Assistance to Identify South Valley Armed Robbery Suspect

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery in the south valley area late Friday afternoon.

According to police reports, the armed robbery occurred near the intersection of Maryland Parkway and East Pyle Avenue. The suspect approached the victim, brandished a weapon, and demanded personal belongings. After obtaining the items, the suspect fled the area in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported in connection with the confrontation.

LVMPD Robbery Section detectives have released details of the incident and are requesting that residents or business owners in the immediate vicinity check their outdoor security cameras or dashcam footage from the time of the incident for any suspicious activity or individuals matching the suspect's description.
