Smash-and-Grab Burglars Target Multiple Shops in Pico-Robertson Neighborhood of Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, CA — A series of brazen smash-and-grab burglaries targeted multiple retail establishments in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood of West Los Angeles early Wednesday morning, leaving business owners and community members deeply concerned over a persistent wave of commercial property crime.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the break-ins occurred under the cover of darkness on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. A coordinated group of suspects arrived at the scene, using heavy tools to shatter the glass windows and doors of several storefronts along the commercial corridor.
