Burglars reportedly break into Tracee Ellis Ross' Hollywood Hills home

LOS ANGELES, CA — The Hollywood Hills residence of award-winning actress Tracee Ellis Ross was recently targeted in a residential burglary, with thieves escaping with high-value luxury goods.

Law enforcement sources report that the break-in occurred around August 31, 2025, and was discovered by staff members when they arrived at the estate on the morning of Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Ross, best known for her starring roles in Girlfriends and Black-ish, was reportedly away from the property when the burglary occurred.

According to investigators, three suspects breached the property's security and forced entry into the home by shattering a glass patio door at the rear of the house. Once inside, the group ransacked the master bedroom and closets, targeting high-end designer handbags, jewelry, and other personal items.

The total value of the stolen property is estimated to exceed $100,000. Detectives are currently reviewing security camera footage from the property and neighboring estates to gather descriptions of the suspects and any getaway vehicles used in the heist.
