LOUISVILLE, KY โ Louisville authorities have arrested seven individuals, including six juveniles and one adult, following a high-profile burglary at a local gun store. Law enforcement officials indicate that a dozen firearms were stolen during the break-in, prompting immediate concerns over public safety and illegal weapon distribution.
According to police reports, the suspects forced entry into the establishment during the early morning hours, targeting showcases containing handguns and long guns. A total of twelve firearms were reported missing from the inventory. In response to the heist, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) alongside local law enforcement offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators and the recovery of the stolen firearms.
