Burglar Uses Hammer to Break into Louisville Vape Shop

LOUISVILLE, KY — Local authorities are investigating a commercial burglary that occurred at a vape shop in Louisville. Security footage released by investigators captures the moments a suspect used a heavy tool to gain entry into the retail store.

According to the police report, the perpetrator approached the establishment in the early hours of the morning. Armed with a hammer, the individual repeatedly struck the glass storefront until it shattered. Once inside, the suspect targeted specific high-value merchandise behind the counter, quickly collecting vape products and electronic accessories before fleeing the scene.
