Lynchburg Customer Charged with Robbery Following Altercation at Local Business

LYNCHBURG, VA — A dispute at a local Lynchburg business has led to criminal charges for a customer who allegedly robbed the establishment following an altercation with staff.

The incident took place on December 12, 2024, when officers from the Lynchburg Police Department were called to a business location following reports of a disturbance. Investigations revealed that a customer became aggressive during a transaction, leading to a physical confrontation.
