Amazon Delivery Driver Robbed at Gunpoint in Macon; Four Suspects Apprehended

MACON, Georgia — An Amazon delivery driver was subjected to a terrifying ordeal when they were robbed at gunpoint while performing routine deliveries in a Macon neighborhood. The incident quickly led to the arrest of four suspects, according to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office (BSO).

According to reports, the driver was approached by armed individuals who demanded packages and personal items. Deputies responded swiftly to the location, securing descriptions of the suspects and their escape route. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of responding BSO units, four individuals matching the descriptions were located and taken into custody shortly after the robbery took place.
