Sheriff's Office Issues BOLO for Sunoco Gas Station Armed Robbery Suspect

The Bibb County Sheriff's Office has issued a Be On the Lookout (BOLO) alert for a suspect who allegedly robbed a local Sunoco gas station at gunpoint.

The incident occurred at the Sunoco location in Macon, where the suspect entered the convenience store, brandished a firearm at the clerk, and demanded money from the cash register. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the premises. No injuries were reported during the encounter, though store personnel were shaken by the experience.

Deputies are analyzing surveillance footage from the gas station to gather more details about the suspect's identity.
