Shattered Glass and Stolen Valuables: Memphis Jewelry Store Robbed

MEMPHIS, TN — Police are investigating a brazen robbery at a jewelry store in Memphis where perpetrators shattered display cases to steal valuable inventory. The smash-and-grab heist took place on June 4, 2025, leaving store owners and customers shaken.

According to the Memphis Police Department, the robbers entered the retail store and immediately began using tools to break the tempered glass display cases. They quickly grabbed numerous pieces of jewelry and watches before fleeing the premises in a waiting getaway vehicle. Store employees did their best to take cover and were fortunately unharmed during the chaotic incident.

MPD investigators are analyzing surveillance footage from the store to identify the individuals involved. They are also examining the physical damage to determine if any forensic evidence was left behind.
