Memphis River Parks Partnership Employees Robbed at Gunpoint

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Authorities are searching for suspects after multiple employees of the Memphis River Parks Partnership were robbed at gunpoint in broad daylight. The incident occurred on December 22, 2025, near one of the city's prominent riverfront parks.

According to reports, the employees were performing routine maintenance and operations work when they were approached by an armed individual. The suspect brandished a firearm and demanded their personal belongings and equipment. Fearing for their safety, the workers complied, and the suspect fled the area shortly after the confrontation.
