MEMPHIS, TN — The Memphis Police Department is calling on the public to help identify suspects involved in a commercial robbery at a hotel in the eastern sector of the city. The incident took place at the Siegel Select Hotel, located at 5885 Shelby Oaks Drive, on the afternoon of Monday, December 2, 2024.

Late Afternoon Robbery

According to police records, officers responded to a business robbery call at the lodging facility at approximately 5:24 p.m. Upon arrival, responding personnel met with staff and witnesses to gather initial reports of the incident. Under Report #2412020623ME, detectives are examining the circumstances under which the robbery took place. Details regarding what was stolen and whether any weapons were displayed during the heist have not been publicly disclosed by authorities.
